William David Haste

William David "Crockett" Haste, 66, of Bronston passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky.

 

He was born April 4, 1955 in Bethelridge; son of the late Hobert & Amy (Hughes) Haste. He worked as a Crane Operator for Central Bridge Company. He was a member of Bethelridge United Methodist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

 

He is survived by his wife, June (Roark) Haste; three sons, Stephen & (Leslie) Haste of Science Hill, Todd & (Donna) Osborne of Lathrop, Missouri, and Chris Osborne of Florence, Kentucky; a daughter, Andrea & (Tim) Adams of Bethelridge; two brothers, Ronald & (Louise) Haste of Bethelridge and Roger & (Glenda) Haste of Somerset; a sister, Darlene & (Flap) Godbey of Bethelridge; a sister-in-law, Peggy Randolph; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Louis Randolph & Daniel "Boone" Haste.

 

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Darrell Vance & Bro. Gene Sweet officiating.

 

Burial will be in Bethelridge Cemetery.

 

Visitation will be after 10:30 AM Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
