Tammy Rene Pratt, 48, of Somerset, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born in Lexington on May 27, 1972; daughter of Jim & Judy (Bolton) Avera of Mt. Victory.
She is survived by her parents; husband, Jimmy Pratt; a son, Cody Pratt of Somerset; a brother, Greg Avera of Mt. Victory; a niece, Brittany Avera of Somerset; and a nephew, Tyler Burton of Somerset.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jesse Lee Pratt; a maternal Grandmother; and paternal Grandparents.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Carson Atwood officiating.
Burial will be in Garrison Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Monday, July 13, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request expression of sympathy take the form of donations towards the Tammy Rene Pratt Memorial Fund.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
