Shirley Goff

Shirley Marie Goff, 77, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 11, 2025 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center.

She was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on February 11, 1948; daughter of the late George and Martha (Calhoun) Goff. She attended Denham Street Baptist Church. Shirley loved spending time with her family, gardening and tending to her flowers.

She is survived by her daughters, Cindy & (Danny) Dick and Tammy & (Phillip) Harris; grandchildren, Danielle & (Drew) Cercone and Logan & (Jamie) Harris; three great grandchildren, Madison Harris, Connor Harris and Preston Harris; a sister, Joyce & (Donnie) Vaught; a brother, Danny & (Linda) Goff; and a best friend, Alma Luttrell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Martha (Calhoun) Goff; a brother, Junior Gossett; and a sister, Gladys Foster.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, July 14, 2025 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Raymond Ridner officiating.

Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 11:00 AM Monday, July 14, 2025 until time for services.
