Ruth Ella Albright, 89, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017.She was born in Ocala, Kentucky on December 5, 1927, daughter of the late Ulysses Silas and Eva Lena Dykes Ping. She was a cook for Woodstock Elementary School, Northern Elementary School and Southern Elementary School. She was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church. She is survived by two sons, Quenton Albright of Mims, FL and Danny Albright & (Pearl) of Science Hill, one daughter, Jeanne Todd & (Billy) of Eubank, two brothers, James R. Ping and Ronal Ping, both of Somerset, one sister, Regina Craig of Bloomington, IL, eight grandchildren, Angela Davis & (Bobby), Nicole Cassada & (Brad), Tyrel Todd & (Heather), Alexis Todd, William Tell Todd, Eugene Albright, Jennifer Albright, April Dugger-Kirkland and a special niece who was like a daughter, Marella Stevens & (Don). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Ruford Albright, who died on October 3, 1974, her parents, one son, Chief Warrant Officer II, Gordon Raleigh Albright, one daughter, Betty Gail Dugger Albright, five brothers, Ralph, Roy, Rawleigh, Raymond and Ray Ping, one sister, Retha Ping Whitis and two grandchildren, Mireka Shea Albright and Justin Cameron Albright.A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Gordy Prather and Bro. David Bullock officiating.Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery.Visitation will be after 10 AM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
