Ronnie Dykes

Ronnie Dykes, 72, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Ronnie was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 4, 1952; son of the late Wilson and Minnie (Russell) Dykes.

He was of the baptist faith. Ronnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, driving his Toyota 4x4 and drinking his morning coffee. He was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the United States Army.

Ronnie is survived by his sons, Jason Dykes and Christopher Dykes of Somerset; a brother, Roger Dykes; a very special granddaughter, Jaden Corner; and a great-grandchild, Weston Stinger.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Dykes; his parents; sons, Randy Dykes and Eric Dykes; brothers, Vernon, Jimmy, and Kanoel; sisters, Shirley Dykes, Geraldine Dykes, Betty Price, and Wanda Dykes.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, February 28, 2025 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Lewis officiating.

Burial will be in Rock Lick Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 11 AM Friday until time for services.
