Roger Goforth

Roger Dale Goforth, 73, of Science Hill, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital Jean Waddle Care Center.

He was born February 15, 1950 in Yosemite, Kentucky; son of the late Clifton & Pauline (Raney) Goforth. Roger worked as a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Judy (Jones) Goforth; four sons, Rodney, Steven, & Jason Goforth, and Chris Thompson; two brothers, Darrell & Donnie Goforth; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at the West Science Hill Cemetery with Bro. Ronald Wesley officiating.
