Roberta Mae (Bert) Estep Adams passed from this life on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Somerwoods Nursing Home.

Bert was born May 21, 1937 to Leo and Ruby Estep in Bobtown, Kentucky. Bert became a Christian and joined Eden Baptist Church where she faithfully worshiped throughout her life till her health no longer allowed. She married Frank Adams (Junior) on July 13, 1957 who survives her.

She is survived by her four brothers, Bill Estep, Tom Estep, Ray Estep, and Gene Estep; one sister, Jenny Winstead; two daughters, Ruby (Retha) Jasper and her husband Danny and Melissa (Missy) Hall and her husband Brad; one son-in-law, Buster Patterson; four granddaughters, Jessica & (April) Jasper, Brianna & (Nick) Phelps, Hannah & (Aaron) Eldridge, and Laura & (Dominic) Dye; and nine great-grandchildren, Jensen & Lynnox Jasper, Holden & Elie Anderson, Hunter & Eli Watkins, Blaise & Jordyn Eldridge, and Jay Whitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four of her brothers, Jim Estep, Bob Estep, Gary Estep and Jack Estep; and two daughters, Rosa Lee Adams and Edith Dozier Patterson.

A time of celebration in memory of Roberta will be held from 6 PM to 8 PM on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
