Pat Price Daulton was a woman who knew how to make life a little brighter, a little funnier, and a whole lot more memorable. Born in Somerset, Kentucky, on August 1, 1957, Pat spent most of her life in Eubank, Kentucky, before making her home in Burnside in 2014. She passed away on November 3, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, happiness, and memories that will be treasured by all who knew her.
For 27 years, Pat worked as a dental hygienist before retiring. She was dedicated, dependable, and always willing to give her best. However, her greatest accomplishment was found in the love she gave her family, the friendships she cherished, and the countless lives she touched along the way. She was clever, quick-witted, and never one to miss an opportunity for a good joke. She was the kind of person who could make an ordinary day unforgettable and turn a difficult moment into one filled with amusement. She could bring a smile (and often a blush) to your face. Her saltiness and strong opinions were part of her unique charm, and you always knew where you stood with Pat. She loved fiercely, gave generously, and made sure the people she cared about knew it. You never had to feel alone around her. She was genuine, truly one-of-a-kind! If you were fortunate enough to have this awesome human in your life you knew you had someone who would stand by you through thick and thin. You wanted Pat Daulton in your corner!
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and cherished sister. She shared 47 years of marriage with her husband, Charlie. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and memories that will be treasured forever. She was a devoted mother to Danielle and Joshua, and nothing brought her more joy than her sweet grandbabies, Ransom and Natalie. She loved them fiercely.
Pat was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Price; her mother, Marion Clark Price; her beloved sister, Mary Jane (Price) Jones; and her precious niece, Scarlett.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years, Charlie Daulton; her daughter, Danielle Daulton; her son, Joshua (Susan) Daulton; her cherished grandchildren, Ransom and Natalie Daulton; her sisters, Belinda (David) Hibbard and Ruth Ann (Richard) Lawson; and her brother, Allen Price. She also leaves a whole host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and dear friends who will miss her more than words can express.
Her passing leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her love and unforgettable spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone who knows her. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her sharp wit, her beautiful sass, and the way she made people feel like they mattered. Though our hearts are heavy, we can smile knowing that Pat would probably want us to dry our tears, share a funny story, and remember her with a little laughter.
