Patricia Blevins

Patricia Ann Copley Blevins, 79, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025 at her residence.

She was born on May 25, 1946 in Jamestown, TN; daughter of the late James Copley & Ruth K. (Smith) Coffee. She was a retired video store owner, housewife, and loving mother. She cherished spending time with her family, taking long walks, and enjoying rides on the motorcycle and in the '66 Mustang with her husband, David. She loved reading and took great pride in keeping her home. She was a member of Briary Union Church but had attended Science Hill Trinity Church for the past 31 years.

She is survived by her husband, David Olus Blevins whom she married on May 28, 1966; her children, Paula & (Wally) Hudson, and Michael & (Kim) Blevins; grandchildren, Jayden & (Hannah) Hudson, Jake & (Sabryn) Hudson, Jesse & (Savanah) Hudson, Levi Blevins, and Bethany Blevins; great-grandchildren, Callie Hudson, Anna Hudson, Wells Hudson, (due in December, Emmaline Hudson), Colton Hudson, Cohen Hudson; a sister, Kathy Coffee; and a brother, Bruce & (Annie) Coffee.

She was preceded in death by her parents; James Copley & Ruth K. (Smith) Coffee.

In honoring her wishes, a private service will be held.
