Ozetta Tarter, 73, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018.
She was born in Harlan, Kentucky on June 11, 1945, daughter of the late Daniel Boone and Fannie Rose Napier Brock. She was an employee for Cowden Manufacturing.
She is survived by one brother, Danny Brock of Middlesboro, KY, two sisters, Annette Brock and Rubie Brock, both of Eubank, several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lee Tarter and one brother, Donnie Brock.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, October 12, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
