Omeda Fern Molen

Omeda Fern Molen, 76, of Somerset, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

 

She was born October 20, 1945 in Ansel, Kentucky; daughter of the late Oss & Quilla (Godbey) Roberts. She worked as CMA for Crest View Personal Care.

 

She is survived by her husband, Clyde Molen; a son, James Wayneth Molen of Somerset; three daughters, Betty Louisia Courtwright, Debbie Ann Molen, and Janet Sue Kidd, all of Somerset; two sisters, Luetta Roberts and Marie Vaughn, both of Somerset; eleven grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Anthony "Tony" Molen; a daughter, Huldie Elizabeth Molen; a brother, Arthur Roberts; a sister, Evona Harp; and one grandchild.

 

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Sears officiating.

 

Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery.

 

Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
