Nelson M. Ard

Nelson M. Ard, 94, of Nancy, KY; departed this life on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at his residence.
He was born December 26, 1927 in Nancy; son of the late Ollie and Lura (Buchanan) Ard. He was a farmer and a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Nancy.
He is survived by his wife, Arrena M. (Tarter) Ard and several nieces & nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Hollis, Lowell Gene, and Edwin Ard; and a sister, Inez Stephens.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 23, 2022 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. John Piercy officiating.
Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 9:30 AM Friday, September 23, 2022 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
