Murrell G. Martin
July 28, 1940 — November 8, 2020
Murrell G. Martin, 80, of Eubank, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the Ephraim McDowell Hospital.
He was born on July 28, 1940 in Casey County; son of the late Lewis & Minnie Belle "Prudy" (Napier) Martin. He worked for Tecumseh and was a member of Polly Ann Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Gregory James & (Pamela) Martin of Crab Orchard and Jeffery Lee & (Alice) Martin of Eubank; a brother, James Herbie & (Brenda) Martin of Eubank; two sisters, Wilma Cason and Gerlene & (Charles) Cress, both of Eubank; three grandchildren, Brent, Logan, & Kara Wesley; seven great-grandchildren, Aiden, Addie, Sophie, Scarlet, Lily, Jeanette, & Easton; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo (May) Martin and two sisters, Helen Goode & Gay Richards.
A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Holt officiating.
Burial will be in Pilot Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 12:00 PM Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
