Morgan Kidwell

Morgan Paige Kidwell, 22, of Russell Springs, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023, at her residence.

She was born August 1, 2001 in Somerset; daughter of Harold & Edith (Pendygraft) Kidwell. She was a student at Somerset Community College, studying to be a registered nurse. Morgan was a beautiful young lady that had the biggest heart anyone could have. She was a natural mother and had a compassionate hand. Her favorite flowers were roses, even though she couldn't keep them alive for very long. Morgan loved to travel and make new memories, although her favorite destination was always the beach. Most of all, her favorite thing to do was playing with her daughter Emory.

She is survived by her parents; a daughter, Emory Rayne Huff; three siblings, Alexandria Kidwell & (Eliseo Perez), Madeline Kidwell, and Jordan & (Jessica) Kidwell; grandmother, Gypsey Jennings; nieces & nephews, Eric Areli, Ivan Perez, Ariana Kidwell, Ashtyn Kidwell, Zariyah Kidwell, and Jordan Kidwell; and special family members, Baley Huff, Virginia Tackett, Charles & Tonya Huff, and Sonya Stamper.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harold & Suzie Kidwell and maternal grandfather, Charles & (Linda) Pendygraft.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Southern Oaks Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
