Michael Topper, 62, of Somerset, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born September 21, 1961 in Brooklyn, New York; son of the late Paul Topper & Elaine (Rosenthal) Clark. He loved fishing, fixing computers, lawnmowers, and enjoyed tinkering.
He is survived by his sisters, Sharren Denton and Kelly Clark; nieces, Ashley Watson & (Matthew Conder) and Dawn Grief; a nephew, Justin Watson; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Inasent Palmer, Brooklynn Watson, Natalie Watson, Kira Bland, Alexis Bland, Austin Phelps, and Kaide Watson.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
