Malinda Carolyn Pennington

Malinda Carolyn Pennington, 74, formerly of Waynesburg, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2020 at the Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center in Loveland, Ohio. She was born in Greenville, Kentucky on April 25, 1946; daughter of the late Elmer and Christine Caudill Brown. She was a retired home health aide for St. Frances & St. George Hospitals in Cincinnati. She is survived by her two sons, Jimmy Marlow and Nickalus Pennington both of Suman, IN; two daughters, Jennifer Clark of Covington, and Anna McKinney of Somerset; a sister, Janice Carter of Eubank; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Pennington; her parents; and a brother, Steve Richard Brown. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 PM Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home until time for services. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
