Maxine Martin

Maxine Martin, 93, of Eubank, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the Somerset Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility.

 

She was born on September 30, 1928 in Pulaski County; daughter of the late Chester & Mary Belle (Emerson) Eubank. She was the owner of Old Eubank Standard Station and a member of Eubank Church of Christ. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, and spending time with her family.

 

She is survived by three children, Roger & (Hedy) Martin, Linda & (Lester) Suber, and Gerald & (Patty) Martin; four grandchildren, Doug & (Gina) Surber, Jerry & (Shelly) Martin, Kristi Norman, and Andrew & (Erika) Martin; three step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a host of step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Lester Martin; and a daughter, Joyce Ann Martin.

 

A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Robbins officiating.

 

Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery.

 

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
