Mary Lucy Ware
August 20, 1941 — October 28, 2019
Mary Lucy Ware, 78, of Science Hill, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at her residence.
She was born in Ano, Kentucky on August 20, 1941; daughter of the late Rev. Robert Bullock and Nora Wells Bullock. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Science Hill United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Larry "Wimp" Ware; a son, Dan & (Madonna) Ware of Science Hill; two daughters, Sara Turner of Science Hill, and Jean York of Somerset; two sisters, Irene & (Larry) Glover of Somerset, and Patricia & (Charles) Heckman of Ohio; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Oliver Bullock; a sister, Wanda Bray; and a great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Green, and Bro. Jamie Williams officiating.
Burial will be in Wells Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
