Mary Davis

Mary Davis passed away from complications from cancer on April 11, 2023 at UK Hospital, Lexington, KY.  Mary was born on August 19, 1954 in Grove City, Pennsylvania, She was 68 years old. Mary is the daughter of Willard Hovis and Donna Hovis.

Mary graduated from Fort Knox High School in 1972. She married John Davis on July 28, 1973. She was a stay-at-home wife and mother. Mary was an amazing wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was always there for her family and friends. She was always full of love, laughter, and joy.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister and brother. Surviving in addition to her husband John Davis of Science Hill, KY, are her daughters Chris Yeast of Frankfort, KY, and Diane Davis of Science Hill, KY, and 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren with another on the way.

There will be no services or remembrance. In Lieu of flowers, please donate to Children’s Hospital.
