Marie Irene Taylor

Marie Irene Taylor, 83, of Somerset, passed away Friday, July 15, 2022, at Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation.

She was born November 23, 1938 in Eubank; daughter of the late Roy & Pearlie (Reynolds) Taylor. She was a clerk for Deaton Store and worked at Pearl's Market for many years. She was a member of the Fairview Church of Christ.

She is survived by a sister, Della B. Woodson of Berea and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Martha Long and five brothers, Chester, Noel, Hershel, Junior Taylor, & an infant brother.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Robin Stilts officiating.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Monday, July 18, 2022 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

The family has requested that all attending the visitation and funeral service please wear masks.
