Maggie Lou Wesley

Maggie Lou Wesley, 81, of Kings Mountain, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her residence.

 

She was born May 7, 1940 in Wayne County, Kentucky; daughter of the late Shack & Oma (Brown) Coleman. She lived her life as a homemaker.

 

She is survived by two sons, Roger Wesley of Louisville and Bobby Wesley of Kings Mountain; three daughters, Donna Wesley of Casey County, Lisa & (Linville) Sims of Kings Mountain, and Penny Wesley of Bethelridge; a brother, David Coleman of Kings Mountain; two sisters, Faye Emerson of Waynesburg and Misha & (Jimmy) Jones of Kings Mountain; ten grandchildren; 15 great-granchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kernie Wesley; and three sisters, Gladys Phelps, Gracie Rose, and Patricia Adams.

 

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

 

Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery.

 

Visitation will be after 12:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2021
