Lois Ann Combs

Lois Ann Price Combs departed this life on July 26, 2026 at the age of 87. She was born on January 24, 19396 to Louie Price and Mattie Estep Price in Somerset, Kentucky in the Hazeldell Community of Pulaski County. She married Wade Combs on April 6, 1960 in Eubank, Kentucky. She was a homemaker as well as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Her parents, brother (James "Eddie" Price) and her husband, Wade preceded her in death.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Beth Baker of Monticello, KY, Kimberly Combs Glover & (Kenny) of Eubank, KY, and Susan Combs-Meece & (Bobby) of Monticello, KY; her grandchildren, Meagan Baker & (Jesse Calhoun) of Somerset, KY, Casey Combs & (Paige) of Eubank, KY, and Madison Vaughn & (Joseph) of Eubank, KY; her great-grandchildren, Journi Calhoun, Madelyn, Eleanor, and Josephine Vaughn, Rhett and Marley Combs, as well as step-grandchildren, Bentley, Victoria, and Rachel; and a host of extended family and friends.

Lois had many interests. She was an avid gardener and loved her flower beds. She spent a lot of time reading and ejoyed listening to music of all genres. She liked to travel with her family. Some of her favorite places were Gatlinburg, Gettysburg, Myrtle Beach, and New Orleans. But most of all, she loved spending time with family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ferlin Price officiating.

Burial will be at Hazeldell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until time for services.
