Laura Jo Bacon, 68, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018.
She was born in El Centro, California on July 10, 1950, daughter of the late Charles and Jo Lee Coombs Bacon. She was a nurse in California before moving to Idaho where she was able to enjoy her passion of being an EMT instructor and a deputy coroner. She loved sewing, animals and volunteering for the humane society.
She is survived by her children, Christopher Khan, Anthony & (Leila) Khan, Jolee & (Troy) Martin and Ian McClellan, her sister, Sherry & (Mark) Haddick, grandchildren, Kristina Khan Olivia Khan Nicholas Martin and Christian Martin and two nephews, Matt Haddick and Adam Haddick.
Private services will be held.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
