Kenneth Lee Brown

Kenneth Lee Brown, 42, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 after a long battle with cancer.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on October 18, 1976, son of the late Fredrick Lee "Ricky" and Edna Faye Sellers Brown. He was an employee for Broadening Horizons in Somerset and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in McCreary County.

He is survived by one son, James Van Brown, one daughter, Emma Faye Brown and the mother of his children, Rebecca Roberts, all of Somerset. He is also survived by his grandmother, Norinne Moore & (Audra) of Lexington, KY, four brothers, Ricky Sellers & (Robin) of Danville, KY, Mitchell Privett & (Nikki) of Illinois, Grant Privett & (Katie) and Spencer Privett, both of Indiana, two sisters, Patty Settles & (Mark) and Robin Barnett & (Eric), both of Richmond, KY, several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 5 PM to 7 PM Saturday, January 12, 2019 at East Somerset Baptist Church.
