John Crawford Wesley

John Crawford Wesley, 52, of Science Hill passed away Monday, August 8, 2022 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

He was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 8, 1970; son of Helen Fields Wesley, and Eddie Wesley. He worked as a meat cutter for Summit Meats. John enjoyed camping, fishing, and loved his cats Cotton and Girl. He loved his job, and enjoyed working with his co-workers.

He is survived by his son, Austin Tyler Williamson of Somerset; his mother, Helen Wesley of Science Hill; his father, Eddie & (Sherrie) Wesley of Lancaster; his sister, Angel Wesley of Science Hill; niece and nephews, Kelsey Snyder, Taylor Wesley, Tristan Barron, and Devin Wesley; aunts, Vivian & (Jack) Dick and Regina Fields both of Science Hill, and Deborah & (Mike) Walker of Warner Robbins, GA; and a special co-worker and friend, James Caudill.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Oscar & Dorothy Wesley; and his maternal grandparents, Raymond & Wilma Fields.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Friday, August 12, 2022 at Science Hill Cemetery with Bro. Paul Hardin officiating, where inurnment will follow.
