John Randall Chappell

John Randall "Randy" Chappell, 60, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026.

He was born in Mount Vernon, Kentucky on August 29th, 1966, the son of Ronald Chappell and Sharon Chappell (Paton).

He is survived by his step-dad, Tom Paton; his sister, Tina Gaskins; his niece, Bobby Gaskins; his aunt, uncles, and a host of cousins; and one special cousin, Holby Cash (they were best buddies.)

Randy was preceded in death by his dad, Ronald Chappell; his mother, Sharon Cash Chappell Paton; and his brother, Willie Allen Chappell.

Randy was a nature lover and loved joking around with family and friends. He dearly loved his pet dogs through the years and had just lost his pet dog, "Buster", about a week before his death.

Randy will be sadly missed by family and friends. Please let the good memories live on.

Graveside services will be on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Farview Church of Christ Cemetery with Bro. Marvin Cromer officiating.
