Joe Clifton McQuarter

Joe Clifton McQuarter, 73, of Bethelridge, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018.
He was born in Chimney Rock, Kentucky on October 6, 1944, son of the late Johnny and Mildred Carlton McQuarter. He was a trucking equipment operator and an auto body repairman. He was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by his companion, Glenda Sneed of Bethelridge, his children, Brandy McQuarter of Somerset, Spencer McQuarter of Bethelridge, Randy McQuarter, Tony McQuarter and Robert "Robby" McQuarter, all of Barnesburg, KY, two sisters, Brenda Ridner of Somerset and Linda Adams of Mansville, OH, sister-in-law, Shirley McQuarter of Tick Ridge, KY, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John Robert "Bob" McQuarter and two brothers-in-law, Denney Ridner and Jim Adams.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, June 11, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Troy Merrick and Bro. Carson Atwood officiating.
Burial will be in Bethelridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
