Jimmy "Jim" Dale Noakes, 69, of Eubank, KY, passed away Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 at his home.
 
He was the husband to Sheila Gossett-Noakes. Jim was born in Crab Orchard, KY on July 13th, 1952. He was a member of Eubank Church of Christ. He was an avid woodworker and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. He retired from General Electric in 2008.
 
He is survived by the two loves of his life, wife Sheila, and special niece, Destiny "Sunshine" Gossett, his brother, John Noakes from Broughtontown, and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
 
He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard & Viola Brock Noakes, two brothers, Jackie and Jesse Noakes, and one sister, Shirley Simpson.
 
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ferlin Price, Bro. Dale Robins, and Bro. Justin Beavers officiating.
 
Burial will be in Sweet Cemetery in Nancy, KY.
 
Visitation will be after 5:00 PM Monday, September 13, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
 
Pallbearers: Jason Gossett, Justin Beavers, Shawn Radonski, Aaron Gossett, Nathaniel Ebe, Rodney Noakes, Tim Noakes, Doug Blevins
 
A meal will be prepared for family and friends after the funeral service at the Community Center in Woodstock, KY.
