Jerry Osborne
May 8, 1943 — March 24, 2019
Jerry Osborne, 75, Somerset, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 8, 1943; son of the late Barkley and Mary Elizabeth Carter Osborne. He was a branch manager and loan officer for First & Farmers Bank. He was a U.S. Airforce veteran and a member of the First Baptist Church of Somerset.
He is survived by a sister, Shirley Roberts of Mt. Vernon, KY; a granddaughter, Bailey Roberts & (Branden Jones), four great-grandchildren, Maddox, Sawyer, Oaklee and Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Terry Osborne; a brother, Lyndell Osborne.
A funeral service will be 1 PM Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Dr. French Harmon officiating, with military honors by the American Legion Post #38.
The family of Jerry, will receive friends after 11 AM Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
A private burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
