Ingeborg Hess

Ingeborg "Inge" Hess, 92, of Hustonville, formerly of Clarence, New York, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Landmark of Lancaster.

She was born in Tonawanda, New York On November 6, 1932; daughter of the late Karl & Charlotte (Remus) Moeller. She was a retired social worker. She was a devoted member of Clarence Presbyterian Church, an avid quilter, and a proud member of the Out Spoke Ns cycling group.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan & (Greg) Preston; grandchildren, Cassie Lyn Marvin, Adam Christopher Marvin, Logan Christopher Dahir, and two great-grandchildren, Malakai Asher Marvin and Finnegan Arlo Marvin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Hess; a son, James Robert Hess; and a daughter, Laurie Ann Hess Dahir.

In honoring Inge's wishes, a cremation will take place with private inurnment at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
