Hubert Alford "Preacher" Corner, 75, of Eubank passed away Sunday, May 10th, 2026, at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Born July 25, 1950 in Pulaski County, he was the son of the late Clint and Louverne (Sears) Corner. He was a farmer. Hubert enjoyed spending his time with family. He loved to wheel and deal, and loved spending time working on cars.
Survivors include his loving children, Daisy Corner of Casey County, Lee Corner, Mitzi & (Mark) Ashley, Amanda & (Bo) Mullins, Hubert Ray Corner, Terry Corner, Andrew Doolin & (Stacey Sizemore), Miranda & (Steve) Measel, all of Eubank; a loving companion, Judy Doolin. He was a loving grandpa to Courtney Mullins & (Cody), Jaden Corner & (Austin), Caleb Ashley, Clinton Corner, Preston Corner, Jared Corner, Nathan Measel & (Jada), Olivia Sizemore, Dorothy Dick & (DD), and Katina McMahan & (Billy); his loving great grandchildren, Weston, Emmie Stringer, Deanna, Dylan Snow, Earnest, and Autumn McMahan; and special former daughters-in-law, Samantha Corner and Summer Thompson.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Corner; his parents, Clinton & Lou Corner; three half brother, John Henry, Raymond, and Everett; two full brothers, Delbert Corner and James Corner; a sister, Bonnie Lou Corner; a half sister, May Chumbley; two loving children, Michael Lee Doolin and Helen Marie Corner; and one grandson, Colin Corner.
A funeral service will be held Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Vaught officiating.
Burial will follow at Eden Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 9:00 AM until time for services at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
