Howard Rowland

Howard Leroy Rowland II, 65, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Howard was born on October 22, 1960 to the late Howard Leroy Rowland & Carol (Painter) Counts in Casper, Wyoming. He enjoyed boating, loved being outdoors, and could often be found playing a game of pool. Howard liked simple pleasures and enjoyed relaxing and spending time with others.

He is survived by his wife, Dianna (Black) Rowland, whom he married August 30, 1980; three sons, Justin Leroy Rowland, Levi Strauss & (Casie) Rowland, and Riley Lee & (Teresa) Rowland; a brother, Shannon Rowland; a sister, Robin Collins; and nine grandchildren, Autumn, Tucker, Raylan, Savannah, Ava, Howie, Alana, Summer, and Kale.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Kenny Rowland and Dennis Rowland.

Private services will be held for Mr. Howard Leroy Rowland II.
