Gary Lee Meece
October 19, 1943 — December 26, 2020
Gary Lee Meece, 77, of Eubank, passed away, Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on October 19, 1943 in Dabney, Kentucky; son of the late Theodore "Teddy" & Lillie (Sowder) Meece.
He is survived by three sons, Anthony L. Meece of Somerset, Bobby R. & (Paula) Meece of Waynesburg, and Marcus A. & (Lisa) Meece of Somerset; ten grandchildren, Kylee Tarter, Cody Meece, Shelbey Meece, Alyssa Meece, Kelsey Meece, Kristin Meece, Ashley Hall, Sarah Gerike, Taylor Ball, & Austin Countryman; and five great-grandchildren, Garrett Meece, Brycen Hall, Noah Hall, Livvy Hall, & Wesson Tarter.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Durham) Meece; two brothers, Bobby Glen & Ray Meece; and a sister, Margaret Miller.
A Celebration of Life will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Pope officiating.
Visitation will be after 5:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
