Eulia A. Whitis, 72, of Somerset, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at her residence.
She was born February 1, 1952 in Columbus, Indiana; daughter of the late John R. & Otella (Woodall) Patton. Eulia was a homemaker.
She is survived by a brother, William R. Patton of Indianapolis, Indiana; a sister, Jane Leonard of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; several nieces & nephews including special nieces & nephews, Michael & Melody Stull; great-nieces & great-nephews, Sabrina & (Kylar), Tyler & (Riley), and Bradley & (Brylee); and great-great-nieces & nephews, Kayven, Ivory, Tolson, & Tinsley.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glen Whitis; daughter, Deloris Whitis; brother, Robert Patton; and sister, Carol Barmore.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, April 8, 2024, at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Marvin Cromer officiating.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Monday, April 8, 2024, at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
