Elsie Moore

Elsie Moore, 79, of Mayfield, Kentucky, formerly of Waynesburg, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

She was born in Waynesburg, Kentucky on March 6, 1939, daughter of the late Leonard and Mary Oaks Dowell. She was retired from the PVA in Stanford.

She is survived by two sons, Ken Waddell and Leonard Moore; one daughter, Judy Gray, nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duff Moore, a son, Duff Stephen Moore, her parents and her siblings.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Olive Baptist Church in Waynesburg with Bro. Bert Hall officiating.
