Eddie Wayne Anderson Jr.

Eddie Wayne Anderson, Jr., 43, of Stanford, Kentucky passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital.

He was born in Lancaster, Kentucky on August 17, 1982, son of the late Eddie Wayne and Iona Foley Anderson. He was employed by Tin Man Metals. He enjoyed playing basketball, spending time with his children, and especially talking on the phone with his son, who is proudly serving in the United States military. Known for his wonderful sense of humor, he loved making others laugh and never missed an opportunity to brighten someone's day. Above all else, he was an exceptional father whose greatest joy in life was his children. He loved them wholeheartedly and devoted his life to being the best dad he could be.

He is survived by his fiancée, Stacey Clymer; his children, Cwintin Anderson and Kennedi Anderson; two sisters, Kelli Anderson and Lisa Caudill; and several beloved nieces and nephews, Corey Zeznanski, Callie Zeznanski, Taylor Caudill, Morgan Caudill, and Jaden Anderson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Wayne and Iona Foley Anderson.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Hoeck officiating.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 1:00 until time for services.
