Cloyd Douglas "Cousy" Petrey, 76, of Somerset, passed away, Monday, January 4, 2021 at the Irvine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on December 25, 1944 in Ocala, KY; son of the late, Millard & Zula Evalee (Bailey) Petrey. He enjoyed drinking coffee at B&L with his sister, watching the Wildcats play, NASCAR, wrestling, and he could repair just about anything. He was a United States Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Diamond) Petrey; two brothers, Vernon & (Mildred) Petrey) and Danny Dale & (Mattie) Petrey, both of Somerset; a sister, Glenda Durham of Somerset; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, & great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Lawrence Petrey.
A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 7, 2020 at the Woodstock Cemetery with Bro. Clifford Mize officiating.
Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 9:00 AM Thursday, January 7, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
