Dorothy Garrett

Dottie Garrett, age 91, of Carrollton, Kentucky passed away January 20, 2025. Born June 20, 1933 in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Survivors are her daughter, Shannon Harp Duggins & husband, Bruce of Eubank; Deborah Garrett and Crystal Garrett Montgomery of Carrolton, Kentucky; Sandra Harp Sujat of Glasgow, Kentucky; Linda Harp Redmon and Kathy Harp both of Louisville, Kentucky; a son Gary Harp & Marilyn of Lexington, Kentucky; a sister, Pam McKinney Jenkins & husband, Bruce of Poplar Bluff, MO; twenty grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel "Manny" Harp; Husband, Johnnie Marion Garrett of Carrolton, Kentucky; her parents, Henry & Georgia McKinney in Poplar Bluff, MO; three brothers, Donald, Eugene and Norman; daughters, Carol Sue Harp Coy, Bonnie Harp; Rita Harp Milburn, Kim Garrett, and Connie Harp Lane; brothers-in-law, Tommy Milburn and Carl Redmon; grandchildren, Robin Redmon, Morgan Redman, and Johnnie Milburn; and niece, Sonya McKinney Forsman.

A private service will be held at a later date.
