Dianna Gayle Hood

Dianna Gayle Hood, 65, of Eubank, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at her residence.

She was born April 30, 1958 in Mount Vernon; daughter of the late Marshall Luther & Ruby (Owens) Thompson. Gayle was the owner and operator of FIT Inventory and was a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her sons, Jeremy Lee Hood and Travis Lee Hood, both of Eubank; two sisters, Juanita Thompson Payne & (Tex) of West Chester, Ohio and Brenda Thompson Wilson of Eubank; two grandchildren, Jaxon Christopher Hood and Collin Reid Hood; and her significant other, Charlie Dean Rice of Lexington.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Terry Lee Hood; brothers, Luther Paul Thompson and James Edward Thompson; and a sister, Helen Faye Thompson.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Scott and Bro. Eric Payne officiating.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Willailla.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, March 29, 2024, at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
