Carol Diane Logsdon, 66, of Science Hill, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at her residence.
 
She was born March 9, 1955 in Somerset; daughter of Nancy Ann (Godby) Elliott of Science Hill and the late Samuel Carroll Elliott. She was a co-owner of Whitis Cabinets and a member of Science Hill Christian Church. She was a mother figure to many of Jasie's friends and Jack's baseball players. 
 
She is survived by her mother; her husband, Jack Logsdon; a daughter, Jasie & (Bryan) Hearn of Midlothian, Virginia; a brother-in-law, Perry & (Celeste) Logsdon; a niece, Stevie & (Tyler) Brown; two nephews, Wesley & (Alicia) Logsdon and Bradley & (Mandi) Logsdon; two great-nieces, Lily & Shaylee Logsdon; and four great-nephews, Nolan Logsdon and Bradley, Porter, & Elliott Brown. 
 
She is preceded in death by her father and her brother, Steven Elliott.
 
A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Gordy Prather officiating.
 
Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Friday, September 3, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
 
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy to the Hospice of Lake Cumberland and the Science Hill Garden Club.
