Debra D. Branscum Wilson, 57, of Eubank, passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at her residence.
She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 8, 1961; daughter of Jemima Branscum, and the late Robert Gerald Branscum, Sr. She worked throughout her life as a caregiver. Debra enjoyed playing guitar, writing music, and singing the songs she wrote. She was a natural born comedian, had a knack for cooking, loved listening to her wind chimes, watching the birds, and enjoyed watching her flowers grow.
She is survived by her four children, Melissa Mae Abbott & (Coy Vance), Brad N. Abbott & (Amber Swinson), Rocky Lee Loveless & (Lizeth) and Rodney William Loveless; her mother, Jemima Branscum two brothers, Kenneth D. "Kenny" Branscum & (Michael L. Harmon), and Robert Gerald "Jerry" Branscum & (Rita); ten grandchildren, one soon expected; four dogs and two cats who thought they were Debra's children; and a special cousin and best friend who was like a sister to Debra, Donna Wesley Hardwick
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Gerald Branscum, Sr.
A Celebration of Debra's life will be held at 7 PM Friday, March 15, 2019 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Rocky Loveless officiating.
The family will receive friends after 5 PM Friday, until time for services at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
