David Arthur Wells

David Arthur Wells, 53, Science Hill, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born November 21, 1967 in Somerset; son of Arthur Wells of Science Hill and Peggy & (L.B.) Taylor of Science Hill

He is survived by his parents; his wife, Mary (Sneed) Wells; a son, Tyler & (Kayla) Wells of Eubank; a step-son, Jody & (Chasity) Meece of Somerset; a grandmother, Ruby Keeney of Science Hill; brothers, Jeff & (Annette) Taylor of Science Hill, Mark & (Tammy) Taylor of Science Hill, David & (Lisa) Palmer of Somerset, and Dale & (Jerri) Palmer of Somerset; sisters, Keli & (David) Nelson of Science Hill and Sara & (Barry) Strunk of Somerset; three grandchildren, Brysten Wells, Canaan Wells, & Paislynn Wells; a step-grandson, Kannon Tucker; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Shannon Wells; grandparents, Elsie & Chester Wells and Edgar Keeney, Jr.; and step-mother, Donna Wells; and a sister, Danelle Taylor.

Private services will be held at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Lockard & Bro. Curtis Sellers officiating.

Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.

A drive-thru service will be held at 2:40 PM Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home, we ask that all participants arrive and line up at the directional signage by 2:40 PM on Sunday in the parking lot, we kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle, and observe all social distancing guidelines as set forth by the CDC.
