Charles Helton Crawford, 85, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
He was born in 1932, son of the late Oren and Irene Crawford. He served 4 years in the Navy during the Korean War, 1951 to 1955. He was a farmer since 1966. He worked at Lodge & Shipley Co. in Cincinnati, OH for 10 years at the steel yard, He was a member of Etna Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Brenda, one daughter, Karen & (Ken) Roy, one son, Doug & (Linda) Crawford, two brothers, Ronnie Crawford and Roger Crawford, two sisters, Mary Wilson and Sheila Stringer, two granddaughters, two grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Paul Crawford and one sister, Lois Adams.
A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Robby Cable officiating.
Burial will be in Etna Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 11 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Etna Cemetery Fund.
