He was born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky on November 11, 1949, son of the late Wilson R. and Jean Whitley Reeves.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland, KY.
Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
