Carolyn Warren

Carolyn Jean Haste Warren, 68, of Science Hill, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born on December 13, 1954 in Science Hill, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Arnold Junior and Anna Marie (Hodge) Haste.

Carolyn worked at South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation for 33 years. She was an avid gardener, and she spent hours in her large flower garden tending to her beautiful plants and flowers. Carolyn also loved nature, shopping, music, photography, and spending time with her loved ones.

She is survived by her husband of 50 wonderful years, David Lee Warren; one daughter and son-in-law Shelly Danielle and Donnie Branscum, one son, David Nathaniel Warren; five grandchildren of whom she adored: Alyson Paige Branscum (and Mason Morgan), Jonathan David Branscum, Austin Nathaniel Warren, Hailey Dawn Warren, and Bryson Lee Warren.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Don Branscum and Bro. Kenny Daulton officiating.

Burial will be in West Science Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
