Briceton Turner

Briceton Zane Turner, 25, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 26, 2024 at his residence.

He was born April 18, 1999 in Somerset; son of Sonya (Smith) Turner of Woodstock and Joseph Turner of Science Hill. He worked as a parts driver.

Briceton was an inspiration to everyone around him. He was proficient in anything outdoors, including hiking, fishing, guns, and motor cross. He was a loving husband, an amazing friend, a caring son and brother, grandson, nephew and uncle to several nieces and nephews. Briceton gave strength to everyone he was around, speaking from his heart. He was always the bigger person, so forgiving to all. With a brilliant mind and a bleeding heart, no one could compare to Briceton Turner. He was a blessing to every life he touched. He always lit up the room he walked into and made a friend no matter where he went. Briceton was loved more than he could have ever known. The world is darker without him in it.

He is survived by his parents; his wife, Kaitlyn (Barnes) Turner; a sister, Brielle Clark of Illinois; a brother, Corey Turner of Liberty; maternal grandparents, Molly and Don Nichols; paternal grandmother, Kathleen Brown; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Turner.

Pallbearers will be Corey Turner, Michael King, Josh Edens, Jaylan Edens, Justin Phillips, and Dewayne Walls.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Turner Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
