He was born on July 25, 1926, in Lancaster, Ohio, to the late Harry Carlton and Effie Ellen Stebleton Creiglow. A devoted servant of the Lord, he faithfully served as a missionary in Brazil for 33 years, from 1960 until 1993. During his years of ministry, he not only shared the Gospel but also used his remarkable talents and strong work ethic to build church buildings and assist with countless projects. Following his retirement from the mission field, he continued his work with Baptist Faith Missions, remaining dedicated to spreading God's Word. Even during the final three years of his life while residing in a nursing facility, his missionary spirit never faded. He continued witnessing to those around him, sharing his faith and leading others to the Lord.
He was a true joy to be around and was loved by all who knew him. His kind and caring heart, infectious smile, and wonderful sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Through his faithful service, compassion for others, and unwavering devotion to Christ, he touched countless lives and leaves behind a legacy of faith that will be remembered for generations.
