Billy Todd

Billy Foster Todd, 71, of Eubank, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born July 28, 1952, son of the late Everett & Ethel Farris Todd. He was a foreman over maintenance for the Ky Highway Dept and a member of the Science Hill Trinity Church. 

Billy had a passion for old cars. He built motors for many people as well as his own. He loved Summernite Cruise and has attended all but one since the event began. The Rod Run is in Pigeon Forge, TN which was his destination in the Spring and Fall. He never met a stranger and has developed many friendships from these events. He was a huge Dirt Track fan, from racing himself to building motors for others, giving advice and being a spectator. He loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed by many.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Blevins Todd; three children, Kevin Todd of Harrodsburg; Iris Todd & (Kevin Estes) & Carrie Ehrsam & (Cory), both of Eubank; a brother, Larry Atwood & (Debbie) of Shelbyville; and seven grandchildren, Aaron Todd (Kenzie), Jaicy Todd, Landon Caudill, Stellah Todd, Bentley Ehrsam, Rhys Todd & Ella Ehrsam; and Joyce Atwood, whom he loved as a 2nd mother.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Omer, Preston, Coy, Milligan, and Adlai Atwood; four sisters, Armelda York, Marcella Smith, Camella Osterbrock & Ortella Adcock.

A funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro's. Carson Atwood and Glenn Cox officiating.

Burial in Double Springs Cemetery, Waynesburg, KY.

Visitation will be from 5 - 8 PM Monday, October 30, 2023 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
