Bernice Morefield, 76, of Waynesburg, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Stanford Care & Rehab.
She was born July 18, 1945 in Estill County, Kentucky; daughter of the late George & Clessie (Estes) Gordon. She was a homemaker and loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Morefield; a son, Charles Faddis, Jr. of Corbin; a daughter, Karen Farr of Eubank; four step-sons, Charles, Jeff, Adam, & Steve Morefield; a brother, George Gordon, Jr. of Kings Mountain; twenty-one grandchildren; and thirty-three great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Randy Lee Faddis.
A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Northside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
