Artie Frances Stevens

Artie Frances Stevens, 97, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 8, 2017. She was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky on December 27, 1919, daughter of the late Theard and Cynthia Wilson Proctor. She was a farmer and a member of New Hope First Church of God in Lincoln County. She is survived by one daughter, Jane Blankenship of Eubank, one grandchild, Debbie & (Barney) Thompson of Eubank and two great-grandchildren, Steven Thompson and Rachel & (Tyler) Brummett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Stevens, her parents, one brother, Wallace Proctor and two sisters, Katie Sanders and Nannie Acton and a son-in-law, Frankie Blankenship. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, August 25, 2017 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Marshall Malone officiating. Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
